The training of adolescents in Health Promotion has become an interest in all the countries of the world, since achieving human beings in the future capable of preserving health, the human species and the planet, is the desire and duty of the current generations. The Covid-19 pandemic has unleashed questions about the responsible behaviors of man as a species and Health Systems throughout the world. In order to characterize the comprehensive training of adolescents in Health Promotion in Cuba today, the subject is systematized based on current research that has been developed, as well as its pedagogical, phychological and social references. For this, theoretical methods of qualitative methodology were used, such as logical historical, hermeneutic, and synthesis analysis; description and bibliographic review were also used. Educational actions are proposed for the training of adolescents in Health Promotion in times of pandemic by Covid-19, with the use of ICTs, which allow the empowerment and resilient behaviors of Basic Secondary students, to achieve human development and commitment to community health and environmental.
